Extra Information A humorous song about a bassoonist's love for the instrument, his love-life and his cures for various illnesses. Ashlyn's most famous song by a massive mile, both in the past and the present. The bassoon is used for punch-lines and sexual innuendos. The score upload is the original arrangment where the actual instrument isn't used. Instead, it's a comical vocal imitation done by the singer. The song is still performed today by bassoonists, albeit under new arrangment that include a bassoon part. Bassoonists including Laurence Perkins and Andrew Bassey to name a few.
