Published as a symphony in piano reduction by Mutzenbecher of Hamburg perhaps early in the 19th century. Also, Czerny in his "Zwolf sinfonien" (a series of piano duet arrangements for Cranz of Mozart symphonies and "symphonies"), published as "no.24" a piano-duet arrangement of several movements from this serenade, it seems according to Worldcat...
