Thanks for your correction! --Ralph Theo Misch 00:00, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
no.2 is the theme of the Andante (with variations) from String Quartet No.18 in A major, K.464 (Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus), almost(?) exactly, I think. (I thought I knew that piece better than that!...) Still looking for no.1. Eric 03:39, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
Hi Nick. I noticed that you inadvertently removed a file entry on this page - possibly you were going to merge the two entries but forgot to complete it? In any case, please be a bit more careful in the future (although to be fair, you certainly haven't done anything like that very often). Thanks for all the edits, BTW. Cheers, KGill talk email 03:47, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
Wouldn’t the displayed text for this template be more helpful if it were a link to :Category:Works with text by so-and-so rather than linking to a generic category that looks like a composer category but usually is non-existent? The works pages will never appear in the nominal category :Category:Surname, First names if the librettist is not also the composer of the works in question – which applies to probably the majority of vocal works with identified authors.
This is also a problem with the similar templates that provide linkage and categorisation for editors and arrangers; I am not convinced that in the absence of the target page existing (as many of these categories do not) that it wouldn’t be better to provide a link to the category that does exist. If memory serves this can be built into each of the templates, since it is possible for the wiki to check whether a page exists or not, and modify its output accordingly. Hi Lndlewis 10, I'll answer later this night - I have to go to rehearsal now.... Regards, --Ralph Theo Misch 18:02, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
I've already answered there and P.davydov, too :) --Ralph Theo Misch 23:28, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
Hi Lndlewis10, IAC I think it would be better to remove the preface by Seiffert? --Ralph Theo Misch 01:02, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
Thanks! --Ralph Theo Misch 01:30, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
Just to let you know, I'm going to kick the account 'Nick_Lewis' as it froze up again. Thanks, KGill talk email 19:06, 2 February 2011 (UTC)
Hi Nick. Apropos of the ongoing forum discussion, would you consent to becoming an IMSLP administrator? Thanks, KGill talk email 20:01, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
Changes done, though I've left the comment on gravicembalo on Sonata no.10, and might add it to the others, since the only set (of 12) of sonatas Grove lists is for gravicembalo, even though Paradies was a harpsichordist. Steltz 05:51, 13 February 2011 (UTC)

Just to let you know, I didn’t receive acknowledgement from the contributor that he has the rights to upload this, so tagging it !N was perhaps a little premature… but I suppose his public profile is sufficient to warrant a little credulity! Cheers, Philip @ © talk 00:41, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
Redesign looks good. Is there any way to have back the "More recent additions" to the score-side? That was a convenient way to see recently-uploaded scores that are no longer shown on the front page. Thanks. Daphnis 23:07, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
In the first draft of the main page I had the library statistics, but it can't be done in a good way without pushing the main sections of the page down. Apropos, I opted to leave it out. It can probably just be thrown in at the bottom if you really want it there :P Lndlewis10 23:45, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
But I DID forget about the languages which was right below the statistics :P I'll have to figure out where to put that.. Lndlewis10 23:56, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
Revert it then, Lndlewis10 02:10, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
I'm a bit concerned about this, since Nigel Keay, editor of the viola part, is apparently still alive (b.1955, has his own website, etc.) and even if very very recently dead (one never knows) still in not-PD-CA by a good margin. I'd bring it up with the composer, who I corresponded with over usenet and whatnot occasionally years ago (if memory serves!), myself, but I'm not even positive if there's a problem- maybe Mr. Keay's contributions don't amount to enough to warrant concern, maybe you've already discussed it with Mr. Harrington, I don't know. ??? Eric 02:50, 28 February 2011 (UTC) (hrm- forgot, thought I saw you checking things in the work's edit history- was mistaken. Sorry! Anyhow, I should check with someone...)
Hello, thanks for the message :) I'll try to help this great project! Regards, --Anthōny 19:13, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
Thanks ! Merci.. The problem is that the BNF manuscript available in one catch are done with a bad resolution. So, I've caught it page after page. Others to come ...Squin 16:06, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
Hello Mr Lewis.... can you tell me what happened with that page i created today ? I can't reach it now ...Thanks --Squin 13:32, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
Thanks!! Can't wait to see if people actually fix the current bad ones!! Steltz 20:59, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
Thank you- I would be interested. Eric 18:17, 26 June 2011 (UTC) Great! We are thinking of revising the test again to make it more difficult and have a few more questions. Therefore, it might be a few days before I give you the test :-) Lndlewis10 18:22, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
That's fine! Eric 18:26, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
Hello Lndlewis10,
thanks a lot for your message. I must admit I have no idea, why I changed this tag. As you can see on my user page I'm very active at the moment, so I cant remember each change I did the last weeks. Maybe you are right, I saw it and thought it was the instrumentation. I'm very sorry for this mistake. --TobisNotenarchiv 19:23, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
will work on it very soon! Eric 19:30, 1 July 2011 (UTC)
Hi there - thank you for the work you are doing to standardize the French titles. Just make sure not to overlook that opera titles often include proper names and may have some words (other than the first) which are capitalized. I have reverted the moves you made to Offenbach's "Belle Lurette" and "La Périchole", both of which are names and should have remained capitalized. A good place to cross-check is the Grove dictionary - the way they display titles coincides with IMSLP standard. Thanks! Massenetique talk email 05:05, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
