1897 according to Hofmeisters Monatsbericht - which, however, often gives too high dates for Scandinavian publications. Often better to consult Norsk bogfortnelse and similar publications where possible! And from
Norsk bokfortegnelse, 1896 is the year this was published by Warmuth (and Op.16 published the same year, a small suite for the same instruments, by Zapffe.)
