The claim is made in the insert that the Creighton work was "now first published" - recent scholarship if any may have discovered otherwise, of course. (Quick Worldcat search finds nothing earlier than 1849 at any rate that matches closely, an organ part to a Te Deum from a 1750 collection that includes Psalm settings by others besides.)
