Earliest mention in HMB is in an 1872 arrangement (with violin) by Ad. Herman, followed by 1877 Gebethner and Wolff and 1879 Schott issues, and a 1879 Schott piano duet arrangement. The first violin part to a 1885 orchestral arrangement (by Theo. Moses) of this work is scanned in at LoC.
