Instrumentation from Free Lib. Philadelphia (lazily, since we have full score :) )
The Allegretto scherzando was published separately in a piano solo arrangement in Monatsbericht (1894), p.159. (The publisher of this arrangement is Deutsch and Company, not Leuckart, and it seems likely that Deutsch and Company published the concerto on its original appearance as well- possibly in a reduced score, though. 2-piano score in full in Monatsbericht (1895), p.355.)
