Walzer 2. Folge = Op.54.

See Gavotte in D minor by Hans Huber - possibly from a pair of pieces (Zwei Stücke im alten Tanzstil) published in 1878 without opus number (a few libraries have a copy of this), or from some other work. Exists in an edition by Preston for AP Schmidt of Boston (also?).

Possibly No 2 of Drei Stücke im alten Styl f. Pfte. Op.. 14.(Gavotte. Menuett. Bourrée.) Leipzig, Kistner 1876.

Actually, according to RISM it's no.2 of another set- Op.27. See RISM 402004420. Should have checked that long ago. The dates don't make sense, I think... do they? Hrm. Ah, yes, they do!

Published simultaneously for piano, piano 4-hands, piano trio, and "Walzer für Pianoforte zu vier Händen, Violine und Violoncell" (Rieter-Biedermann plate 924). Seems to most often show up in this form in libraries, however, so will put that in tags (and since the versions I have right now are piano solo, have them as arrangements.)
