This is either Schulhoff's first or second violin sonata – WV 24 (Op. 7) was composed in 1913, WV 91 was composed in 1927. (See the notes to either of the recordings now available, for instance, of his complete violin sonatas with and without piano, both of which also include his suite Op. 1.) It is listed as Violin Sonata No. 2 ((published) 1930) in HMB (1930, p. 102) (… unless that's the violin sonata _after_ this one.)
according to WorldCat the 1929-published sonata is indeed his Violin Sonata No. 2, 1927, published 1929, renewed 1957, (recently republished in a revised/corrected edition (2003)) (and sometimes given Op. 60). WV 24, on the other hand (Violin Sonata No. 1) is from 1913, premiered in 1924 but published in 1986, it seems.
Zika also edited the violin part of FrantiÅ¡ek PÃcha (1893–1964)'s violin sonata No. 2 when it was published by Hudebnà Matice in 1945.
