Recorded on Hyperion Records. Described as the first of five violin sonatas (the 5th published in 1947) he composed, and as premiered by George Enescu. The notes mention sonatas for cello (1930, D minor, published 1931) and for viola (1944, published 1949) - the latter has also been recorded. The 2nd violin sonata (Sonate fantaisie en forme de rondeau) was published in 1927 by Rouart.
