Date May 1828 from Brown's Louis Spohr: A Critical Biography (Cambridge University Press, 2006), p.196. List of works by Louis Spohr has April-May (we also have this from Classicsonline.com).

Allgemeine musikalische Zeitung, Volume 30, page 425 (June 1828) mentions a performance of a new violin concertino by Spohr, violin by the composer. Probably this work?

Also published in 1841 by Schlesinger.
