  • Unfortunately until very, very recently only Wilhelmj’s orchestration (edit- did no one think to compare his violin part with Raff's, actually? It does seem from comparison of the two recordings, one of the Wilhelmj version- erm- anyway.) could be found, also (I believe Raff’s own orchestral version was found in the University of Rochester Music Library- perhaps he sent a copy to his upstate New York-resident brother (Kaspar), or something...? Could be... but also, these things travel! :) ) Eric 02:01, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
