Navigation etc.

The Library of Congress has scanned in a piece (or movement of a piece) called "Sunset", an English translation by Louisa T. Cragin (under-name Ellis Gray) of a work attributed to Niels Gade. This may be Gade's "At Sunset", or in Danish "Ved Solnedgang", op.46 from 1865.

Looking at the poem, it is an English translation of Ved Solnedgang, (thanks to Recmusic.org for this, and to the book The Songs of Edvard Grieg- Grieg wrote a song based on the same text in 1863).

Monatsbericht (1870), p.25 btw.
