Variables:
- Lilypond code
- midi (allowed values: 0 (default), 1.
- override_midi (specify midi filename)
- raw (allowed values: 0 (default), 1)
- zoom (allowed values: 80 (default), 20-800)
- lang (allowed values: ABC, lilypond (default)).
override_ogg (specify Ogg/Vorbis filename) Currently not supported.
vorbis (allowed values: 0 (default), 1). Not currently supported on IMSLP (?) Currently not supported.
