Copyright Information According to Lichtenwanger, the score was available from Associated Music Publishers starting in 1951. The work was also registered as an unpublished work (EU232570) in 1951; a renewal notice was filed for this registration in 1979 (RE10698). However, the score was published with a 1948 copyright notice, and as a result of this earlier date, its copyright term — including the timing of the proper renewal period — is counted from the date in the copyright notice. Since no renewal was filed during the renewal period for c1948 works, this work's US copyright was not renewed.
In the USA this work is most likely in the public domain because no renewal was found after a thorough search of the Catalog of Copyright Entries and it was ineligible for "restoration" under GATT/TRIPS.
