1855 according to Frisch’s Brahms: The Four Symphonies who relies in part on MGG. BdlF concurs: Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France  1st series, 44th Year (58th of the collection), No.5, 3 February 1855, page 95, registration 12.

The dedication is also the subtitle, hence the tag "wedding music".
