A quatuor brillant by Joseph Kreutzer is mentioned in the October 1815 AMZ - maybe this one (if there's more detail in a later issue, e.g. a review with incipits, that might tend to confirm; will have to have a look later). Joseph Kreutzer's other string quartets (known to me) are given numbers/opus numbers (e.g. Opus 20 nos.1 and 2, the second of which is also referred to @ RISM. There are I'm sure others, though.) - Schissel
