Seems to be the quartet reviewed in the December 29 1819 issue (here) of the AMZ. Baillot dedication, G major Allegro moderato, Andante in Es-dur, Minuet and Allegro assai in G, and all! Publisher is different (B&H in reviewed copy) however. - Schissel

Mentioned in AMZ earlier, 1816 October. Worldcat entry gives 1814-15 for publication date, however.
