Misc. Notes	Original scans: half were 600dpi, b/w tif files approximately 3500 by 4500 pixels. Other half were 300dpi, grayscale jpg2000 files approximately 1700 by 2200 pixels. Converted the jpg2000 files to b/w tifs and re-sampled to 600dpi, deskewed, and set uniform margins. Unattributed (composer's??) preface written presumably(? Original needs comparing) for Wiener Philharmonischer Verlag (rather than Universal Edition) between 1923 and 1949 (since the reprint score does not give the composer's date of death.) See Monatsbericht (1925), p.63 which is what this (ottava??) edition, with “m. Bildnis des Komponisten und Vorwort dtsch-engl.-frz.” might be, or 1924/p.68.
