Op.15 by Sayve also applies acc. to Hofmeister to 3 string quartets published in 1830 (the same page lists his string quintet Op.14). Fétis assigns to these quartets Op.13, however.
Note by composer: "Ce quintetto avant été arrangé par l'auteur, pour les instruments à cordes, mais avec plusieurs changements de traits. Aucune partie d'instrument à Vent ne peut être remplacée par une d'instrument à cordes et vice versa." Fétis 1844 worklist indeed gives this as a quintet for piano and strings (published by Falter of Munich).
Sayve's Op.16 symphony was published by Schlesinger in 1831, according to the Bibliographie de la France, so perhaps 1831 is the correct publishing date more or less for Op.15 as well.
