could this be a reprint of his polonaise concertante op.38 in the same key from 1867, mentioned in HMB from October of that year (pub. by Naumburg)? (if someone can find that score...) just suggesting the possibility. (in all at least 18 "polonaises" show up - not counting works that are missed by not doing more careful searching, etc.- in a search for Abesser- but not all are by Abesser, of course, just appear on the same line as a work of his.) Could be op.394/3 though HMB doesn't specify the key of that polonaise of Abesser's. (His opus #s went -very- high...)-Schissel (likewise his op.271 is a polonaise - see 1882 HMB.)
