According to BNF, the orchestral version may not have been published until 1934 (which is not to say it wasn't -composed- in full score perhaps in 1909, just that they only have the viola/piano version in print in 1909- the title seems to have been poème pour alto et orchestre in 1909 in any case, unless BNF retroactively changed the title in their catalog.)
