Recorded on Dutton CD in 2001 (issued 2002).

According to a Gramophone review of the recording (and to Wikipedia), Scott completed the quartet in 1899.

Dedicatee's death was noted in July 1 1926 Musical Times per LCCN so may have died between 1922 and July 1926...-ES
