full score? parts? apparently available in a manuscript-based edition in a Laval university library. Most of the few libraries that have this have the piano solo part only, I believe. Recordings of the work (vol.5 of the series) available from Naxos in November 2012. Score republished (or published in its first typeset version?) by Ries & Erler in 2011 (over 200 pp.; with preface and critical report). University Laval has a manuscript copy (92p., copy made by Professor Bruno Biot ca.1986) of (a reduction?) of the concerto.
