2-piano score contains dates of composition, first performance and copyright (a practice not sufficiently common and much commended.) Monatsbericht (1903), p.96 by the way. Has been recorded by Thoralf Norheim, piano; Herbert Blomstedt conducting the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra.
First of at least four (five?) piano concertos by this composer (in A major, B♭ minor and E♭, the last with strings; Op.12 in A minor, possibly a #5 from 1916.)
