This "opus 28" is not an original work, but an arrangement of the 3rd Guitar Concerto by Mauro Giuliani, as can be seen from the title page. Altogether we know of four piano concertos by Czerny. There are two early concertos in manuscript, the 1812 concerto in D minor and the Eb concerto from 1812-14, and two published ones, the current work published as opus 28, and the A minor Concerto Op.214, published as "Concerto no.1".
