This suite follows the numbering sequence of the 1719 Manuscript (J. Sander copyist). There are no embellishments or ornamentations added that are not part of the manuscript. The XML and Midi files to create this synthesized music are provided in the 'Scores'

the overtures have the same music (taking up different amounts of space because of different copyists), but movement order in this (earlier? later?) copy has the Bourrée following the Overture, followed by Loure, Allemande, Gigue and Menuet and Trio. Seems to lack the Gavotte entirely. D-B Mus.ms. 21790/20.
The Gavotte movement is in this manuscript. However, it is not labeled as a Gavotte. The Gavotte is in AABB form rather than the Rondeau form Telemann later used. It is the unlabeled movement between the Bourée and the Loure. The sequence of movements in this J. Sander 1719 manuscript:
- Ouverture
- Bourée
- Gavotte
- Loure
- Allemande
- Gigue
- Menuet altern: avec Le Trio (Menuet 1 and Menuet 2 Trio)

Transcribed from the 1719 J. Sander Manuscript with modern staff for keyboard, this transcription adds no embellishment. Even unadorned, Telemann's composition has rich texture and counterpoint. The purpose of this transcription is to provide the community with XML and midi files for annotating and arranging this delightful Telemann dance suite from the 1700s.

First published in 1938 (in an arrangement by Kenneth Simpson, whose flourishing dates seem to extend much too recently...) . See OCLC. Then published in the 1950s I think (in the Telemann Werke series with its usual editors...)
(Telemann published enough of his own work that this might have first been published by him, of course. Is there a semi-comprehensive list of his self-published works about? - Schissel, amending above line)
