This piece could well be Op.31 Heft V No.2 (a loure which appears in von Wilm's 'Völker und Zeiten im Spiegel ihrer Tänze' ('Peoples and their times, mirrored in their dances'), from a set of 17 piano pieces published in 1882 by Aibl. (Not having more information on Op.31 as of early 2017...))
