Called this because it was owned by Wolflein von Lochamer, apparently. "The manuscript was put together about half a century earlier by a certain Frater Jodocus von Windsheim who entered his name into the book in 1460." (from Naxos. Also: "The second portion has several folios of German organ tablature with 32 three-part instrumental arrangements, believed to be compositions of Conrad Paumann or musicians in his circle.") More closely related then to Windsheim, as the organizer, than to Paumann, as some items here are attributed to Paumann tentatively and not all of them are attributed to him at all.) - Schissel
