Extra Information The Autograph (ca.1745) of the notebook was in the musical legacy of Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach and is lost. Fortunately it was manually copied by Johann Heinrich Michel and this manuscript is now in the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin source P 672 and is presented here.
