Hard to date an arrangement, as the publisher may on rare occasions use similar plates to the original work rather than keeping in sequence (or see e.g. Kross' edited version of the solo part to de Lange's violin concerto... ) HMB (by 1900) I think lists only one 4-hand arrangement of this overture, by August Horn (published 1889 also by Kistner.) MPH gives 1878 for the full score publication date.
Published according to HMB as "No. 2 der nachgelassenen Werke". (No.1 is Op.14, Psalm 137.)
