Misc. Notes	From the uploader's library. Stained cover page cleaned. An interesting edition when compared with the De la Chevardière's publication: original additions there are, but very few in number. On page 1, taken as an example, some bowing modifications, a few expression marks and phrasings, the letters R and D replaced by rinf. & dolce, but the appogiaturas are not realized except as footnotes. Unfortunately, the editor did not pursue his efforts to the point of prefacing his edition. Stanley Sadie edited the same work around the same period (see above).
