(Actually, AMZ lists his earliest works (Opp.2, 3, etc.) in 1820 and 1821, so "1820" ca.- which is the library's own estimate- seems most likely. The 1822 Handbuch already has Op.10–16... (I thought that it was a rounding from "182x" to 1820, but apparently 1820 (ca.) was meant- the year, not the decade.)
