Misc. Notes His Op.3 and Op.7 are in Whistling Handbuch der musikalischen Literatur 1828 (p.198), so perhaps in the 1820s and by 1828. Grayscale scan. (OTOH, his Op.12 serenade was published ca.1822 according to a March 1822 AMZ.)

(Actually, AMZ lists his earliest works (Opp.2, 3, etc.) in 1820 and 1821, so "1820" ca.- which is the library's own estimate- seems most likely. The 1822 Handbuch already has Op.10–16... (I thought that it was a rounding from "182x" to 1820, but apparently 1820 (ca.) was meant- the year, not the decade.)
