Dedication is not on score, but Lekeu dedicated the work to d'Indy in a letter (if I understand correctly; footnote 5, p.325, "Correspondance - Guillaume Lekeu" (ed. Luc Verdebout)) of 17 January 1893.

Given "Oeuvre 24" in Verdebout's Correspondance (Chronologie section.) Some contemporary accounts review concerts with this work conducted by Eugène's brother Théophile instead, but one assumes that the facts are settled that the premiere itself was conducted by Eugène Ysaÿe.
