Ah, thanks- there's another page I already started (thinking at the time that the opus number applied to the whole page) that definitely has to be handled that way (and others I should consider doing so in future instead of breaking them into their component parts, I think, of 4 page scores each- maybe...) and that's how it's done :)
Viereck claims in the cover of this score to have been a student of Carl Maria von Weber, which would help with the minimal biography information if true. (However, many false such claims were also made - not just in the 19th century of course, though one once-famous one involving a supposed Mendelssohn pupil stands out - in any case, perhaps for further investigation...)
