There are no other published versions of this, and since the music itself does not describe this edition as a "vocal score", this is probably the original and only version. The keyboard staves are undesignated, so it does not seem to be for piano specifically; organ could just as well be used. Therefore, it is tagged with keyboard accompaniment. And if an orchestral version ever surfaces, this can be re-tagged.
Among others Goodhart and Somervell also set this poem. Goodhart's 1908?-published one indeed uses orchestral accompaniment.
