Navigation etc.

2nd edition heavily revised, mostly by Carolyne von Sayn-Wittgenstein without Liszt's input. (According to Alan Walker - in his "Liszt: The Weimar Years", the 2nd volume of his large biography of the composer- this proved to be a tremendous mistake. Provided here for considerable documentary and evidentiary value, however (in judging whether or not this was in fact the case.)
