This is not a scientific critical edition, just an engraving making for study purpose. This set of 15 pieces is collected in a small book preserved in the Library of the Conservatory of Florence (MS 2358, available at internetculturale.com searching single movements from IT\ICCU\MSM\0281490 to IT\ICCU\MSM\0281503, and IT\ICCU\MSM\0281806). In one of the first pages, the name of Girolamo Frescobaldi appears, but none of these pieces are by him. Since the book was almost surely owned by Ferdinando de' Medici (known to be a proficient musician and patron of Bartolomeo Cristofori), it's likely that these could be his only existent compositions. The manuscript is well readable, and no major issues emerged during the transcription. As usual for manuscript of that era, meter and barlines are no always coherent – like the Passagagli having a meter of 3, but written in 6/4. The original barlines subdivision is mantained (even in an irregular 5/4 measure in one fo the Arias alla Francese, probably the only relevant copyst error in the entire book).
