Grove, RISM, and VIAF all give the birth year as 1610, which would make Gioseffo 7 years old when his Primo Libro di Madrigali was published in 1617.
(This is Gioseffo Marini's 5-part madrigal «Silvia gentil». This author, whose biographical information is scarce (perhaps he was the brother of the more famous Biagio), shows in the cited composition of the developments aimed at the new sensitivity ...)
CPDL's page on Gioseffo Marini does not give a birth date, but says "Italian composer. In 1618 he was maestro di cappella to the town of Pordenone, Friuli, and in 1621 held a similar position at Gorizia." This would also not be possible if he was born in 1610.
