Color scan. (note: The second 8 in 1885 is somewhat blotted out and difficult to read; I suspect a study of Balmer/Weber plates should be done or something similar to check whether this was published in 1885 or 1895. Library of Congress has "1865" for date of publication. This does not however seem to be the music of a 5-year-old, in my opinion, for what that last is worth.) (Probably 1885 - a 1889 revised? edition of the same work for cornet, voice and piano from Balmer & Weber has plate 4792.)

Dedicatee mentioned in Who's Who in 1887 in relation to her marriage to a US diplomat. This song is listed in "The Aeolian Pipe-Organ and Its Music" as an example of Robyn's music (with some of the text given) but the author of the text, if not the composer, is not given. - Schissel
