A violin/piano arrangement of the Serenad may have been published as early as 1909 - see here... (date in brackets from specific library; unclear how certain they are, or what they mean by using the brackets.) Lundquist plate 4213 attaches in the NMI Catalog entry for the Serenad arrangement. Plate table suggests that the original was published around 1900-1901.
