Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 1e série, 9e année (23e de la collection, Nº 12, 18 mars 1820, p.157, r.121. - these seem to meet the description, unless he wrote earlier string quartets (6 string quartets, 1st and 2nd books, is how this and Op.13 - perhaps? - are listed together in BdlF) and may meet the description even so (except for the printed by the author primarily part, but BdlF might not always mention that.)
