By 1824 definitely- advertised in the magazine Caecilia that year here along with some later works (like the viola concerto no.2 opus 139). (ES)

No.3's second movement corresponds to the RISM manuscript (from the library Abtei Metten, Bibliothek, Metten) RISM 454013522.

Also, reviewed in the 26 October 1825 Berliner allgemeine musikalische Zeitung, Volume 2, no.43, p346, along with (very very briefly) Küffner's 6th symphony Op.150.
