  • WorldCat entry for 1935 publication, "Per a veu, violí, bandonió i piano. Inclou el text." Since IMSLP doesn't have an original uploaded, this will be taken as the instrumention, but tagging is subject to correction.
  • According to Grove Music, Gardel was a famous tango singer in Argentina, so this was undoubtedly composed for his own band, but the Grove Music article does not mention what the instrumentation of that band was. On the other hand, another of Gardel's works that is on IMSLP, El dia que me quieras, was published in 1935 for voice, 2 violins, viola, cello, bandoneón, piano. See Wikipedia article.
