Misc. Notes Plate no. strongly suggests a later date (1920s-30s). That this is an arrangement of the 1909 score reinforces that, even if the original publication date 1909 appears somewhere on it. In fact see WorldCat; apparently ©1926, not n.d., at least in the form arranged not by Bazelaire but by Fleury...
