A May 1902 Le Ménestrel mentions the first performance/hearing ( of Marsick's sonata) ("A la séance donnée, salle Érard, par MM. de Lausnay et Oliveira, très intéressante première audition d'une sonate pour violon et piano de M. Armand Marsick, qui a valu trois rappel aux interprets et au jeune auteur." Review from issue of 18 May 1902. May have been Paris premiere only, though.)
