The vl p reduction, published by Breitkopf in 1915, arranged and edited by Hermann Gärtner, was the third of a three-work set with Violin Concerto in C major, Hob.VIIa:1 (Haydn, Joseph) and Violin Concerto in G major, Hob.VIIa:4 (Haydn, Joseph).
Another edition was published in 1977.
