Probably -first- published, like the 2nd concerto, in the 1790s? As to this publication: Auguste Le Duc (not at all related, it seems to Alphonse Leduc, btw) died in the 1820s or earlier (some publications by 1827 or so appeared under his widow's name - Vve Augte Leduc) so in any case this edition can't date from very late, one imagines. More might be harder to say right now.
