Probably composed no later than the publication date of #2 (1791) though the ordering of the concertos could be misleading here. (Paxman in "A Chronology of Western Classical Music" gives the publication date of the first two Kreutzer concertos as 1801, a full decade later than the 1791 estimated for the Sieber parts of #2 by BNF- but "Classical" in any event for both seems reasonable...) The violin solo part published by Sieber above seems to fit in the table we have estimated there ca.1790 (assuming &c&c&c.)
